All in stock items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order. Our business days are Monday -Friday and exclude major holidays. If something is out of stock and will take more than 4 days to ship, we will contact you and advise you of the expected ship date. All items are shipped by either UPS or USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Rates are based on shipping within the continental United States. Rates are based on the non-taxable amount and are as follows:

Shipping to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii

Add $10.50 to the above applicable rate for your order if shipping to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. No Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day shipping to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.

International Shipping

Due to the high cost of international shipping, The Gilded Lily ships outside the USA on an exception basis only. Actual shipping charges plus a $4.50 processing fee apply to all orders shipping outside the USA.

These orders must be processed offline since our website does not accept orders shipping to international addresses. If you are interested in placing an international order, contact our customer service by e-mail at info@gildedlilystudio.com. Please include the item numbers, item descriptions, price, color or size options, and quantities. Let us know your full shipping address and we will send a quote for your approval before proceeding with the order. Our quote will include order total, shipping costs, time in transit and payment instructions. We prefer PayPal for payment on International order and will send you a link for payment once you have confirmed the order and chosen your shipping option by e-mail. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Our Guarantee

Our company is dedicated to providing our customers with unconditional and complete satisfaction. If you are not delighted with an item, we would be happy to exchange it within 30 days of receipt (excluding shipping and handling fee for exchange and replacement item (s) of equal value). Any items showing wear and/or damage will not be exchange and reviewed non-returnable.
